Zagreb, opened in 2025, is the EU operations centre and the base for expansion into the Adria region — Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. The operational and technical foundations were built here, and the Dublin team still runs capital project delivery across Ireland and Northern Ireland — tier-1 contractors (BAM Ireland, John Sisk & Son, Jones Engineering, CJK Group, Tritech Group), national infrastructure (Dublin Airport, daa), HSE hospitals, the Irish pharma cluster and hyperscale data centres.
In 2025, we established Green Flow d.o.o. in Croatia as our EU operations centre — a strategic addition, not a withdrawal from Ireland. Zagreb delivers efficient EU-wide reverse-charge VAT invoicing, a central base for Adria region partnerships, and growing EU compliance talent. The Adria region is now one of our fastest-growing markets — partnerships include Amadria Park, Aminess, Liburnia, Adriatic Luxury Hotels, KBC Osijek and KB Sveti Duh.
Dublin leads delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Zagreb leads Adria expansion and EU operations. The two share technical development, certification (EU MDR Class I, ISO 13485, NSF/ANSI 2, HACCP International) and support, so the standard is identical from Dublin Airport to KB Sveti Duh.
It all began with a simple observation: the technology that is standard in North American hospitals, hotels and food plants is almost unknown in Europe.
Working within Ireland's leading hotel group on indoor environmental protection systems, our founder came across the Green Drain™ system and recognised its huge potential for the European market. In 2021, from a small office in Dublin, we began our first installations. Dublin Airport, Dalata Hotel Group, Kerrygold, Regeneron — names that speak for themselves.
Ireland was chosen deliberately: a demanding industry, high hygiene standards and clients who ask for documentation. Once we had proved the approach worked, continental Europe was the logical next step, and we took it in 2025.

It started in Dublin: one person, one exclusive contract and one idea — bring the North American standard to Europe. The first installations went in that year, and the market responded better than we had hoped.

The team grew with the work — from one field engineer to a regional group covering Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Adria region, with Zagreb taking on EU operations.
