Sample & Returns Policy

Green Flow Ireland supplies patented drain hygiene products as a B2B partner. Most of our products are size-specified to your floor drain inventory, so we operate a sample-first evaluation model instead of an open-return shop policy. The terms below replace any prior return-and-refund policy.
1 · Free Sample Evaluation
7-day on-site trial — no obligation
- Every qualified B2B request receives free Green Drain™ samples sized to your drains, shipped to your site at no charge.
- You have 7 days from delivery to evaluate samples in real conditions.
- No return shipment is required. Samples can be retained for future use or disposed of with normal facility waste.
- No obligation to purchase. We simply ask for your feedback on fit and performance.
2 · Bulk Order Returns
14-day non-conformance window
- Bulk orders may be returned only in cases of non-conformance: incorrect size delivered, factory defect, or transport damage.
- Notice of non-conformance must reach info@greenflow.ie within 14 days of delivery, with photos and the order reference.
- General "change of mind" returns are not accepted — products are sized to your floor drain inventory and considered custom-fit on delivery.
- Approved returns: replacement or credit note, at Green Flow Ireland's election. Original shipping is not refunded except in cases of our error.
3 · Defective Units & Lifetime Guarantee
Replacement process for manufacturing defects
- Green Drain™ silicone seals carry a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.
- Expected functional life under typical commercial use is 5–7 years; replacement at end of useful life is not covered.
- To raise a defect claim: email info@greenflow.ie with the order number, photos of the defect and a brief description. We respond within 2 business days and ship replacements free of charge if the defect is confirmed.
- Defects caused by chemical incompatibility, misuse, vandalism or installation outside the published size range are excluded.
