General Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of www.greenflow.ie and B2B supply of Green Drain™, GD Uri-Tabs™ and GreenSwirl™ products to customers established in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

• By using www.greenflow.ie or submitting a sample, quote or partnership request, you agree to these Terms.
• The Terms apply between business entities (B2B). The website is not directed at consumers.

• Samples are provided free of charge for a 7-day evaluation period.
• The customer is responsible for installation and any property modifications during sample testing.
• Samples imply no purchase obligation.
• Samples are non-returnable.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed in writing (email or signed PO) and remain subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our reasonable discretion.

• Prices published in the catalogue on this website include Croatian VAT unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• You may buy in one of two ways: by card payment (the “Buy now” button) or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice following acceptance of our written quotation (the “Request a quote” button).
• Card payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Green Flow d.o.o. never receives or stores your card details. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email, and the amount is charged immediately. Prices are in EUR and include VAT; business customers may enter their VAT number at checkout.
• Bank transfer. A contract is concluded by acceptance of our written quotation. Standard payment terms: net 14 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Goods are dispatched once payment is received.
• EU B2B reverse-charge VAT applies to Irish customers with a valid VIES-registered VAT number: Green Flow d.o.o. invoices net of Croatian VAT, and the Irish customer accounts for VAT in Ireland under Article 138 of the EU VAT Directive (Council Directive 2006/112/EC).
• Customers without a valid VAT number will be invoiced with Croatian VAT where applicable.
• Delivery is calculated from the cart and shown before payment is confirmed. We ship to Croatia, all EU countries, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro; consignments over 30 kg are quoted on request.
• Title in goods passes upon full payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Where an order is cancelled, any amount already charged is refunded in full to the original payment method.

• Typical EU lead time: 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
• Risk passes to the customer upon hand-over to the carrier (Incoterms 2020: FCA Zagreb, unless otherwise agreed).

• Samples are non-returnable.
• Bulk orders: contact us in writing within 14 days of delivery for any non-conformance, damage or shortage. We will replace defective goods or issue a credit note.
• Returns are not accepted for customer-installed product unless the unit is found defective.

Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the expected service life of 5–7 years under standard use, in line with the manufacturer's published specifications. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper sizing, exposure to incompatible chemicals or third-party modification.

• All website content — text, images, logos, graphics, design — is owned by Green Flow d.o.o. or its licensors (including Green Drain Inc. for the Green Drain™ trademark).
• Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Flow d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the website or products.
• Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the price paid by the customer for the goods giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Zagreb (Trgovački sud u Zagrebu), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the customer's place of establishment.
