Green Flow Ireland supplies patented drain hygiene products as a B2B partner. Most of our products are size-specified to your floor drain inventory, so we operate a sample-first evaluation model instead of an open-return shop policy. The terms below replace any prior return-and-refund policy.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies regardless of whether the product is faulty, and we do not make it conditional on prior authorisation. It applies to any order placed through our online shop, including orders for standard catalogue sizes — these are stock items selected from a size table, not goods made to your specification.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate consignments, the period runs from delivery of the last item.
To exercise the right, inform us before the period expires by an unequivocal statement — by post to GREEN FLOW d.o.o., Savska cesta 41, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, or by e-mail to info@greenflow.ie. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to. We will acknowledge receipt without undue delay by e-mail.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. As a consumer you also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Rights Act 2022: we are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, and your remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund) are free of charge and independent of any commercial guarantee.

Irish consumers can obtain information and assistance from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie) or, for cross-border purchases, from the European Consumer Centre Ireland (eccireland.ie).
Nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
